The Drunken Admiral was a beautiful Restaurant situated in Hunter St Hobart right on the waterfront. The building is one of the oldest in Tasmania, built in 1824, and has been variously used as a granary, soldiers’ barracks, an annexe to the IXL Jam Factory and a warehouse.
