How did you get into the paranormal: I think it started after my mum took me on a ghost tour at port arthur as a young kid. I read lots of books right through school and wanted to be a ghost hunter when i grew up! Haven’t been around many other people with the same passion for the paranormal except my partner, Mark, who watches Ghost Hunters with me on a regular basis. After moving to New Norfolk, i became fascinated with the abandoned Royal Derwent/Willow Court Asylum and constantly feel a pull towards it. It didn’t help that i found out soon after that my late grandfather was a patient for 20 years and actually died there. I know he was subjected to horrible treatment. So i’m still looking for answers. I previously lived in an old homestead at Brighton which was built in 1828. In the ten years i lived there i had a handful of experiences from apparitions to windows opening by themselves. I’ve never been physically touched by a spirit before and would love the opportunity! Being on the A.P.I.U. team is a dream come true for me!

A.P.I.U 5 year plan: Would like to do a Port Arthur investigation and an investigation of Ward C at Willow Court and also an A.P.I.U road trip to the mainland, where there are plenty of cool places to investigate! Would like to do some advertising to attract more attention to the group and try a tv show or dvd.
