Australian Paranormal Investigation Unit (A.P.I.U) was formed in early 2008 by four long time friends in Hobart, Tasmania.

A.P.I.U is run in a very professional manner and each investigator is expected to run by the set guide lines. We are a scientific based group and believe in looking for natural explanations before branding our evidence paranormal. Our equipment kit includes Sony night shot cameras, Sony super night shot camera (0 lux), digital cameras, EMF meters, voice recorders, motion sensors etc.

We are a nonprofit group that are only interested in investigation client/viewers claim’s of haunting in their house or work place and can keep an investigation discreet If need be

APIU are a team of Paranormal Investigators that pride themselves on conducting any Paranormal Investigation with the level of respect and professionalism that it deserves.
APIU approach their Paranormal Investigations with an open mind taking into account natural and scientific factors for what may be perceived as Paranormal. APIU examine all evidence collected during an Investigation and attempt to debunk what they have captured so that they are left with only evidence they can not explain and therefore have the potential of being paranormal.
