Not sure how long you want the tour to go for? Or what access you have to surrounding yards / buildings? Are they privately owned? Maybe start the tour with a bit of a history on why it was originally built and how it developed into an asylum for the insane that spans right accross W.Ct & RD. etc. Incorporate a bit of a walk around maybe Bronte and Alonnah and Threapy & rehab yards, Ward C with relavant history and ghost stories. Then, finishing with a tour of the Barracks. People could be locked in rooms for a minute if they were game. Need a GOOD story teller. People would need to book - might get a lot of interest and too many people. (Put my name on the top of the list please lol.) Torches! Maybe pople BYO torch. Supply red or blue cellophane & rubberbands for them. (Red & Blue seem to enable better psychic energy. Also helps set the mood.) Oooo how exciting.
